Bodyweight Exercises: Workouts You Can Do Anywhere
With summer in full swing and our schedules getting busier, we may be lacking the time and motivation to hit the CDC’s weekly activity recommendation we mentioned in our previous blog. After all, now that the weather has finally warmed up, who really wants to spend more time inside at the gym?
Well, here’s some good news! Just because we don’t want to go to the gym doesn’t mean we can’t get in a good workout at home or even in the park. By using our own bodyweight, we can conveniently workout wherever we are and in whatever amount of time we have. Bodyweight exercises can aid in gaining strength, building muscle, losing weight and boosting cardiovascular fitness.
