The ATI Foundation's annual Metal Walk, taking place June 8, celebrates the return to an active life by people with orthopedic and metal implants. For those of you contemplating a knee replacement, ATI's J.C. Sales, a physical therapist at ATI Woodridge, demonstrates four of the exercises he recommends patients with knee replacements begin after surgery to improve strength and flexibility.
This demonstration is for informational purposes only and not a subsitute for treatment. Please always remember to follow the recommendations of your physician and therapist.
