Often times, overcoming a work injury can be harder mentally than it is physically. Give yourself the best opportunity you can to set yourself up for a smooth mental and physical journey along your road to recovery by answering these five questions:
1. Have I reported my injury to the proper management?
a. If yes, do I have a copy of that report?
2. Can I choose my own doctor or hospital?
3. Do I need an attorney?
a. If you feel you do, how do I find a reputable attorney?
4. Will I have to pay for this through my own insurance?
5. What do I do next?
Having answers to these questions can set you up for a successful recovery from any Work Comp Injury.
