ATI expands coverage in state of Washington
ATI Physical Therapy announces further growth in the state of Washington with the addition of Olympic Physical Therapy, a nine-clinic practice with locations throughout the Greater Puget Sound Area. ATI is the nation’s largest physical therapy practice under one brand; the addition of Olympic elevates its Washington presence to a total of 33 outpatient physical therapy clinics.
Jason Hafner, Senior Vice President of Operations at ATI, is thrilled that Olympic Physical Therapy has decided to join the ATI family. “For decades, Olympic has been an industry leader, providing patients with the highest level of care. Their focus on the patient experience upholds our company mission, and together we will continue the Olympic tradition and look for future opportunities that will allow us to have a greater impact on the lives of our patients and communities.”
Olympic Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy, sports medicine and workers’ compensation services, dedicated to individualized care, specialized programs and life-changing results.
Their accomplished management team will continue their leadership roles within ATI. Additionally, all staff and clinics will remain in place delivering the same extraordinary patient experience that has been the trademark of Olympic for over 30 years.
“We chose to partner with ATI because the similarities between Olympic Physical Therapy and ATI make it a natural match,” said Larry Post, CFO of Olympic Physical Therapy.
J’Anna Post, CEO of Olympic Physical Therapy, looks forward to the partnership and the enhancement it will bring to the Olympic brand. “Our strong reputation with patients and providers has been built on the exceptionally high skill level of our therapists and our patient-centered focus on service delivery and outcomes. We welcome the opportunity to partner with ATI to elevate our approach in the region.”
With corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook, Illinois, ATI currently operates and manages more than 470 clinics in 16 states: Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin.
ATI is a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based physical therapy; work conditioning/hardening; functional capacity evaluations; sports medicine and performance; women's health; and employer worksite solutions. Unique in the industry, ATI has a dedicated in-house Research Department to improve rehabilitation outcomes through basic science, transitional research, and evidence-based medicine. This includes the ATI Patient Outcomes Registry, a collection of data that supports an innovative approach to physical therapy that improves awareness of patient outcomes and how the rehabilitative process can impact patients’ quality of life.
Recognized for outstanding quality, ATI has been named “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation” by ADVANCE Rehab Magazine, and has received URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI’s commitment to quality healthcare.
To give back to the local communities where ATI patients and staff work and live, ATI established the ATI Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting children in need of resources and funding due to medical complications and physical impairments.
