I recently joined ATI to build upon an already strong clinical excellence approach. In my first few months on the job, I was excited to see the passion and enthusiasm of leaders when talking about thoughtful, creative ideas to develop progressive career pathways for our clinicians.

ATI understands that to be a long-term success, we have to be the best at what we do. We are focused on recruiting, growing and retaining the best talent available. For those that aspire to more responsibility, we extend training and mentoring for the leaders of tomorrow. We have a robust structure and a discipline of measuring excellence. We are looking at new methods of orientation, education and development.

Integrating best practices into the daily workflow of clinicians is a daunting challenge. By offering an innovative support network, ATI puts the right information into the right hands at the right time to make a difference.
