What is a CEIS?

The CEIS -- or Certified Early Intervention Specialist -- certification is a weeklong training program that takes a healthcare provider (such as a Registered Nurse or Athletic Trainer) and teaches them to apply the principals of their medical knowledge to the industrial/employer setting. The certification is given after the training, a written test and successful passing of a skills test.
